DAY 1: FULL BODY

Act of Self Care: Get your thoughts on paper – take 10min to journal. Brain dump without overthinking to clear your mind for a positive week ahead.

DAY 2: LOWER BODY

Act of Self Care: Prioritize hydration – start drinking a big glass of water with your morning coffee every day

DAY 3: UPPER BODY + CORE

Act of Self Care: Calm your mind – do this free downloadable 1 minute meditation

DAY 4: FULL BODY

DAY 8: FULL BODY

Act of Self Care: Do another brain dump journal session!

Act of Kindness: Text a friend you haven’t seen in a while to see how they’re doing. It’ll make your day and theirs!

DAY 9: LOWER BODY

Act of Self Care: Stick with your hydration!

Act of Kindness: Donate $20 to a charity or organization of your choice, that’s near and dear to your heart

DAY 10: UPPER BODY + CORE

Act of Self Care: Do another face mask before bed!

Act of Kindness: Head to your local coffee shop and buy the person behind you in line a coffee

DAY 11: FULL BODY
