You can sign up for a free 7-day trial by clicking here. Once your 7-days are up, you will be billed the monthly or yearly fee, depending on which plan you selected. We hope you enjoy the content, but you can also cancel at anytime.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Each membership automatically includes 7 free days. After 7 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew.

What are your subscription plan offerings?

You can subscribe to either a monthly or annual subscription. All prices are found here.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your ACCOUNT dashboard, and clicking on “My Subscription”.

Can I gift a membership to a loved one?

Yes! You can send a friend or family member a 3, 6 or 12 month membership. Click here to start gifting.

What are some special features on your platform?

We are always making additions to the ASB platform so that it is constantly improving. A few things we are proud of:

Workout Questions

Do I need any equipment?

Do I need any equipment?

A Sculpt Body workouts are designed for you to use your own bodyweight. All you need is yourself and a mat. But you can always intensify the workouts with an ASB Band or other prop (light weights, ankle weights, household items like water bottles,  etc.) if you like!

When can I do A Sculpt Body workouts?

Anytime! A Sculpt Body workouts are on demand, so you can do them anytime based on your schedule.

How often do you add new classes to the on-demand library?

One new on-demand class is added every week.

How can I access LIVE classes on Zoom?

Alessia often hosts life Zoom classes, which are announced on her Instagram stories 1-2 days before class. Sign -in details are found here. All LIVE classes are recorded and added to the A Sculpt Body workout library within one week, and tagged as “LIVE” for you to access easily.

I keep getting logged out, what do I do?
What do I do if a video is buffering and not loading quick enough?

When a video buffers, it’s often an internet issue that is outside of A Sculpt Body control. However, there is one thing we can do to improve video load time. Select the settings button in the bottom right corner of the video (it looks like a wheel), and update the selection from AUTO to a lower number. You won’t notice a quality difference, but your video will run quicker and smoother.

What browser should I use?

We always suggest watching on CHROME.

How do I watch on my large screen TV?
There are a few ways to watch our workouts on a TV: 1. SMART TV with WIFI: Go onto the browser, login and view the videos there. Please note that the full website has not been optimized for super large screens (so some things might look slightly different, depending on the size of your TV).

2. ChromeCast: From your iPad or other mac device to your TV. Also if you have an Apple TV, it streams from other apple devices to the TV.

3. HDMI Cable: Please ensure you have it plugged into your computer and TV, and select the correct input for it to stream.
What do I do if I’m having tech issues on A Sculpt Body?

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter tech issues when all you want to do is workout! Here are a few things you can do if encounter tech issues.

  1. Exit the window you are in and open a new one.
  2. Shut down and restart your computer.
  3. Access A Sculpt Body on a CHROME browser, which you can download here. The A Sculpt Body website experience is best on CHROME.
  4. Access A Sculpt Body using a PRIVATE or INCOGNITO window, click here to learn how.

If you are still experiencing issues, please email [email protected]  and we will help you resolve the issue so you can get back to sculpting.

I keep getting logged out, what do I do?

If you keep getting logged out after every session,  check your browser settings to see if it is “set to not remember cookies” – and change this. Sometimes if you are using public wifi or a public device, it will auto-sign you out for security purposes. Check your device’s settings and update them as you see fit.

  1. Please make sure that you are using the correct USERNAME and password. This is different than your email.
  2. If you still can’t access, please go through the FORGOT PASSWORD steps to reset your password.
  3. If you still can’t access it please email [email protected] with your name, email and user name so that we can reset your password and send it to you.

How do I switch from monthly to annual?

  1. Click HERE
  2. Go to MY SUBSCRIPTIONS
  3. Select CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION
  4. Select ANNUAL and complete checkout
  5. You will enjoy the remaining days of your monthly membership, after which your annual membership will automatically replace it.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by going to your ACCOUNT dashboard, and then clicking SUBSCRIPTIONS. You will see a CANCEL button there.

Once cancelled, you will have access to your account and the videos until your next renewal date, at which your account will switch to CANCELLED.

If you cancel and want to rejoin, go to your ACCOUNT dashboard, SUBSCRIPTIONS and REJOIN.
