Here are a number of handy FAQ and answers that may help you find what you are looking for. If you need help, we encourage you to reach out via email to info@asculptbody.com.

How can I sign up for a free trial?

You can sign up for a free 14-day trial by clicking here. Once your 14-days are up, you will be billed the monthly or yearly fee, depending on which plan you selected. We hope you enjoy the content, but you can also cancel at anytime.

Do I need any equipment?

A Sculpt Body workouts are designed for you to use your own bodyweight. All you need is yourself and a mat. But you can always intensify the workouts with props (weights, household items like water bottles, bands, etc.) if you like!

When can I do A Sculpt Body workouts?

Anytime! A Sculpt Body workouts are on demand, so you can do them anytime based on your schedule.

How often do you add new classes to the on-demand library?

One new on-demand class is added every week.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Each membership automatically includes 14 free days. After 14 days, your paid subscription will begin and your membership will automatically renew.

What are your subscription plan offerings?

You can subscribe to either a monthly or annual subscription. A monthly subscription is $14.99 CAD per month, and automatically renews every month. An annual subscription is $143.99 CAD per year, a 20% savings compared to monthly, and automatically renews every year.

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by going into your ACCOUNT dashboard, and clicking on “My Subscription”.

How can I access LIVE classes on Zoom?

Join me at 7:30am EST on Monday morning for a 45 Minute LIVE workout on ZOOM by clicking here (sign-in details are available 12 hours before class). All LIVE classes will be recorded and added to the A Sculpt Body workout library within one week, and tagged as “LIVE” for you to access easily.

What do I do if a video is buffering and not loading quick enough?

When a video buffers, it’s often an internet issue that is outside of A Sculpt Body control. However, there is one thing we can do to improve video load time. Select the settings button in the bottom right corner of the video (it looks like a wheel), and update the selection from AUTO to a lower number. You won’t notice a quality difference, but your video will run quicker and smoother.

What do I do if I’m having tech issues on A Sculpt Body?

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter tech issues when all you want to do is workout! Here are a few things you can do if encounter tech issues. 

  1. Exit the window you are in and open a new one.
  2. Shut down and restart your computer.
  3. Access A Sculpt Body on a CHROME browser, which you can download here. The A Sculpt Body website experience is best on CHROME.
