A Sculpt Body is all about empowering busy women to incorporate movement into their everyday lives so they can feel confident, strong, and energized without being overwhelmed or tied to the gym.  We believe in a holistic approach to wellness; no overhauls, no quick fixes, no fad diets – our focus is on making small, sustainable changes that lead to a healthier and happier you.

The ASB program consists of simple yet effective low-impact workouts that energize rather than drain you, and that you can easily fit into your schedule and do anytime, anywhere. Whatever your fitness level or experience, and whether you’re a business woman, student, or mom, ASB will help you set a new standard for your body and what it deserves.

MEET ALESSIA

Hi Everyone! I’m Alessia, the founder of A Sculpt Body. I am beyond grateful to be a part of your fitness journey, and I’m so excited that you’re making your health and wellness a priority.

It’s my personal mission to make movement and mindfulness accessible to as many women as possible. ASB brings world class low-impact fitness instruction to your home with the tools you need to sculpt strong, lean muscles, and to feel more confident and happy.

I’m here to provide you with the support, information and motivation you need to find balance, and to show up as your best, most energized self every single day.

WHY THE ASB METHOD?

COMMUNITY LOVE

CLASS LEVELS

Quickie workouts will leave you feeling toned in under 15 minutes, for those days when you don’t have much time or after another A Sculpt Body workout for an extra burn.

These classes are more relaxed and slower-paced, with lots of guidance so you can build strength and feel confident in your movements. You’ll feel energized, refreshed, and connected to your body.

When you want to gain strength and get a deep muscle burn, these are the classes for you. You’ll sculpt your body while increasing your flexibility and improving your balance, posture, and alignment.

These classes are more intense, for when you want to work hard and feel a crazy burn. You’ll be pushed to your limits with super spicy moves, and finish every class feeling accomplished.
