While Kai isn’t old enough to have supplements yet (of course!), it’s SO important to teach kids healthy habits - like enjoying fruits and veggies - early on.

I had Kai “help” with my smoothie making this morning and he loved it. He literally doesn’t even flinch when he hears the blender, he’s been hearing that noise all his life!

Note to self: it’s never too late to start. You Note to self: it’s never too late to start. You don’t need to be a certain age, and it doesn’t need to be a certain date. I didn’t grow up working out! I hated every sport my parents made me play and dreaded all physical movement. Are you surprised lol? Most people are. I only started working out when I was 20 years old, and now here I am moving daily with this incredible #ASculptBody community. There is no ‘right’ time - now is as good a time as any to feel your best through movement. 🙌🏼
