HOW IT WORKS

Every day, we will wake up and ask ourselves: “How Do I Feel Today?”

If we feel able and ready to move our bodies, we will do the recommended Casual or Intense workout. Access the workouts with your extended FREE trial *from 7 to 14 days*.

If we aren’t feeling great – tired, stressed, low energy, or need a break – we’ll do something else that makes us feel good (aka. do something for YOU!).

WEEK 1: DAILY WORKOUT + FEEL GOOD OPTIONS

MAR 14: FULL BODY

Feel Good Option: Start your week off by indulging in some self-care. Do a face mask, hair mask, or an at home mani… whatever makes you feel fresh and relaxed!

MAR 15: CORE

Feel Good Option: Start taking a Genuine Health probiotic daily, to keep your gut health in check, support your immune system, and improve your mood. Keep up this habit throughout the 14 days!

MAR 16: LOWER BODY

Feel Good Option: Order something online you’ve been eyeing for a while, but haven’t pulled the trigger on yet (that won’t break the bank – let’s be reasonable here lol). That always makes us feel amazing, right?!

MAR 17: UPPER BODY

Feel Good Option: Go for a hike! Whether it’s around your block, up a full blown mountain, or a little park trail, make a point to get outside today and celebrate YOU!

Feel Good Option: Block your calendar from 4pm onwards and start your weekend early. That’s right, Alessia is giving you permission to be *sneaky* (if you can get away with it!). How good does it feel to be a badass? ENJOY!

MAR 19: LOWER BODY

Feel Good Option: Grab your girlfriends and head out for a night on the town! Go for cocktails, dinner, dancing.. or all of the above. You’ll head home with your heart so full. Feel free to overindulge in some cocktails or mocktails too bc #NoSacrifices!

MAR 20: STRETCH

Feel Good Option: Cure your hangover (or energize your sober self) with a big glass of water + Genuine Health greens+ extra energy powder. It will nourish your body and bring you back to life. Trust Alessia on this!

WEEK 2: DAILY WORKOUT + FEEL GOOD OPTIONS

MAR 21: CORE + CARDIO

Feel Good Option: Pick up fresh flowers or a new plant to display in your home. Doesn’t have to be fancy, even a single flower to brighten your space for the week!

MAR 22: UPPER BODY

MARCH 23: LOWER BODY
