You’ll get a pilates-inspired workout and mindfulness session led by @AlessiaSculpt, rooftop snacks, beverages, post-workout hangs, and an amazing gift (Joe Fresh $25 gift card, sunglasses, & tote bag; youtheory collagen and omega supplements; & more!).
- Location: Joe Fresh @ 2 Fraser Ave | Liberty Village
- Schedule: 6pm arrival, 6:15pm workout, 7pm drink/snacks/hangs, 8pm wrap
- What to bring: Just yourself and workout gear, including shoes – water and mats will be provided!
