14 Days of Feeling Good is all about tuning in to how our body feels each day and taking actions that will help us gain strength, find balance, and show up as our best, most energized self every single day.
Whether it’s a spicy workout, a meditation, bike ride, or picnic in the park – committing to these 14 days together will help us feel our best, both on and off the mat.

HOW IT WORKS:
The 14 day schedule starts on April 19th, and is free for all ASB members.

Every day, we will wake up and ask ourselves: “How Do I Feel Today?”
If we feel able and ready to move our bodies, we will do the recommended Beginner or Advanced workout. Beginner classes are slower-paced with lots of guidance from Alessia. Advanced classes are more intense, for when you want to feel a crazy burn.
If we aren’t feeling great – if we’re tired, stressed, low energy, or need a break – we will do something else that makes us feel good. These options encourage you to do something for YOU!

DAILY WORKOUT + FEEL GOOD OPTION: WEEK 1
DAY 1: ABS
Beginner: 26 Minute Beginner Abs Sculpt
Advanced: 30 Minute Abs + Inner Thighs Sculpt (*New*)
Feel Good Option: Head out on a bike ride (or rollerblades, scooter, etc.!). Explore a new area of your city or town.
DAY 2: FULL BODY
Beginner: 26 Minute Beginner Full Body Sculpt
Advanced: 43 Minute Full Body Spring Bloom
Feel Good Option: Pick up fresh flowers. Doesn’t have to be fancy, even a single flower to brighten your home and week!
DAY 3: LOWER BODY
Beginner: Quickie Lower Body Stretch
Advanced: 35 Minute Outer + Inner Thighs Sculpt

DAY 4: UPPER + ABS
Beginner: 22 Minute Beginner Arms+Back Sculpt
Advanced: 33 Minute Arms + Back + Obliques Sculpt
Feel Good Option: Start your weekend early with some at-home pampering. Face Mask, Gua Sha, Hair Mask, Ice Roll, Nails.. Whatever you love to do!
DAY 5: LOWER BODY
Beginner: 21 Minute Beginner Legs+Booty Sculpt
Advanced: 24 Minute Booty Sculpt (*New*)
Feel Good Option: Lace up your sneakers and head out for a walk. Catch up with a friend or family or listen to a motivating podcast while you’re out (I like this one, this one, and this one)!
DAY 6: CARDIO + UPPER
Beginner: Quickie Standing Cardio + Quickie Standing Arms
Advanced: Quickie Standing Cardio + Quickie Standing Arms
Feel Good Option: Have a picnic. Pick up take-out from your fav spot and head to a nearby park to enjoy the afternoon.
DAY 7: STRETCH
Beginner: 21 Minute Period Pain Stretch
Advanced: 38 Minute Slow Sculpt + Stretch
Feel Good Option: Visit a farmer’s market or local grocery shop. Purchase something that you’ve never tried before!

DAY 9: FULL BODY

Feel Good Option: Order dinner in from a local restaurant or café, and write them a positive review online (this is so important for small businesses).
DAY 10: ABS

Feel Good Option: Grab a friend and play an outdoor sport (Alessia likes tennis, but do YOU here!).
DAY 14: SRETCH
Beginner: 22 Minute Slow Sculpt+Stretch
Advanced: Quickie Upper Body + Quickie Lower Body Stretches
Feel Good Option: Go for a hike! Whether it’s a full blown mountain or a little park trail, make a point to get outside today and celebrate YOU!
