14 Days of Feeling Good is all about tuning in to how our body feels each day and taking actions that will help us gain strength, find balance, and show up as our best, most energized self every single day.
Whether it’s a spicy workout, a meditation, bike ride, or picnic in the park – committing to these 14 days together will help us feel our best, both on and off the mat.

HOW IT WORKS:
The 14 day schedule starts on April 19th, and is free for all ASB members.

Every day, we will wake up and ask ourselves: “How Do I Feel Today?”
If we feel able and ready to move our bodies, we will do the recommended Beginner or Advanced workout. Beginner classes are slower-paced with lots of guidance from Alessia. Advanced classes are more intense, for when you want to feel a crazy burn.
If we aren’t feeling great – if we’re tired, stressed, low energy, or need a break – we will do something else that makes us feel good. These options encourage you to do something for YOU!
