Join our 7 Day Booty Program starting Tuesday, October 11th!

This program is all about strengthening and sculpting your lower body. Each day has a sculpt and strength option, so you can select your workout based on mood & props available.

What You Need: For sculpt, light weights (2-3 lbs), ankle weights (1 lb), band. For strength, heavier weights (6-10 lbs).
