MY HEALTHY SUPPLEMENT ROUTINE

I’m sharing my healthy supplement routine! Supplements are an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Most of us don’t get all the nutrients we need from food alone! I’m sharing my favourite Genuine Health supplements that I take daily to feel my best.

1. Probiotics:

I take a probiotic daily, to keep my gut health in check and support my immune system. Especially post-holidays, after enjoying tons of yummy eats and drinks (#NoSacrifices!!) and overextending myself with plans, I’m feeling a little run down. Probiotics are made up of good bacteria that helps keep your gut health and working well. A healthy gut contributes to a strong immune system, heart health, brain health, improved mood, healthy sleep, effective digestion. And so much more!

2. Greens Powder:

I love this greens+ extra energy powder, to boost my energy naturally, nourish my body, and support my immune system. I try and take it everyday, but especially on days where I know I’ll be eating out and drinking alcohol. So I probably won’t get all the nutrients I need to feel my best from food alone. It also works WONDERS as a hangover cure – I feel like more people need to know about this!! Trust me!

3. Omegas:

As we start to get into the depths of winter, I’ll be leaning on the mood enhancing omega3+ joy to help when the seasonal blues get the best of me and I’m feeling down. This high EPA omega-3 fish oil enhances your mood, fights against seasonal blues and takes you to your happy place, naturally.

4. Protein:

I add this fermented organic vegan proteins+ to my breakfast whenever I can – it’s great in smoothies, oatmeal, pancakes, and more (when I’m not eating toast and olive oil, of course – IYKYK!). It’s fermented for better digestion, maximum protein absorption, and minimal bloat. Getting enough protein is SO important when we’re prioritizing our workouts (like the ASB community does!). It builds muscle, helps our muscles recover faster, and helps us feel more full.
