The ASB Schedule is here!

Community is everything right now. So many of us find motivation in knowing that we are following a workout schedule as one ASB community.

To keep us accountable, feeling connected, and in an amazing routine, Alessia has created a workout schedule for ASB members to follow together.

All monthly schedule details are below, and will be shared on Alessia’s IG story (and saved to her highlights) on a weekly basis.

The monthly schedule is free for all ASB members. Not a member yet?

Alessia has designed the schedule to include 5 workouts per week (4 sculpt/cardio, 1 stretch), so that you have flexibility to choose when to workout and when to rest based on how you’re feeling and what else you have going on in your life.

If you aren’t feeling great – maybe you’re tired, stressed, low energy, or simply need a break – we encourage you to rest, go for a walk, or do one of our Quickie workouts that leave you feeling toned in under 15 minutes. We encourage you to make this schedule work for YOU!

I just started this! I really like the schedule, and the various options. I like that they’re all on the shorter side. Makes it less daunting to follow! Even though they’re short, I definitely feel my muscles strengthening! I think this is really great for my back injury as well, so thank you 🙂

Amazing!! So happy this schedule is working so well for you, and you are feeling stronger! The workouts are generally shorter in the summer, as I know motivation can be low 🙂 they will adjust based on seasons and what everyone is looking for. Thank you for your support!
