WHY A SCHEDULE:

Community is everything. So many of us find motivation in knowing that we are following a workout schedule as one ASB community.

To keep us accountable, feeling connected, and in an amazing routine, Alessia has created a workout schedule for ASB members to follow together.

All monthly schedule details are below, and shared on Alessia’s IG story (and saved to her highlights) on a weekly basis.

HOW IT WORKS:

The monthly schedule is free for all ASB members. Not a member yet?

The schedule includes 5 workouts per week (4 sculpt/cardio, 1 stretch), so  you have flexibility to choose when to workout and when to rest.

If you aren’t feeling great – you’re tired, stressed, low energy, or need a break – we encourage you to rest, go for a walk, or do one of our Quickie workouts under 15 minutes. Make this schedule work for YOU!
