WHY JOIN:

14 Days of Feeling Good is all about tuning in to how our body feels each day, and taking actions that will make us feel good physically, mentally and emotionally. 

Whether it’s a spicy workout, a long walk, a hearty home-cooked meal, or a catch-up call with a friend – committing to these 14 days together will help us feel our best, both on and off the mat.

WHAT YOU GET:

  • 14 Day “Feel Good” Schedule of suggested workouts and feel good options shared below and posted on Alessia’s Instagram story
  • Daily workout classes curated so you can feel stronger, healthier, happier, and more energized
  • Weekly live classes with Alessia to keep you accountable and feeling connected to the ASB community

HOW IT WORKS:

The 14 day schedule starts on February 1st, and is free for all ASB members.

Not a member yet? 

Every day, we will wake up and ask ourselves: “How Do I Feel Today?”

If we feel able and ready to move our bodies, we will do the recommended Beginner or Advanced workout. Beginner classes are slower-paced with lots of guidance from Alessia. Advanced classes are more intense, for when you want to feel a crazy burn.

If we aren’t feeling great – maybe we’re tired, stressed, low energy, or simply need a break – we will do something else that makes us feel good. Things like listen to an inspiring podcast, go for a walk, or something else that makes us happy. These options encourage you to do something for YOU!

SHARE WITH US

One of the best parts of A Sculpt Body is the feeling of community. We would love to see your workouts, activities and any other feel good moments during the 14 days.

Send your photos and videos to [email protected], and you may see yourself featured on our social channels. We love when you share to social media & tag @alessiasculpt too! Each day one individual who shares on social media or via email will be selected to win an A Sculpt Body Band!

DAILY WORKOUT + FEEL GOOD OPTION: WEEK 1

DAY 1: ABS

Beginner: 26 Minute Beginner Abs Sculpt

Advanced: 32 Minute Abs Sculpt (New*)

Feel Good Option: 30 Minute Walk Outside (while listening to a motivating podcast like this one, this one, or this one).

DAY 2: FULL BODY

Beginner: 30 Minute Beginner Full Body Sculpt

Advanced: 38 Minute Standing Full Body Sculpt+Cardio Combo

Feel Good Option: Read!! Click here for a list of book recommendations (both great stories and personal development books)!

DAY 3: LOWER BODY

Beginner: 21 Minute Beginner Legs+Booty Sculpt or LIVE

Advanced: 47 Minute Standing Legs Sculpt+Cardio or LIVE

Feel Good Option: Catch Up Call With a Friend (or make a new friend from home)

DAY 5: UPPER BODY

DAY 6: FULL BODY

DAY 7: STRETCH

Beginner & Advanced: 32 Minute Slow Sculpt+Stretch

Feel Good Option: At-Home Pampering (Face Mask, Gua Sha, Hair Mask, Ice Roll, Nails)

Feel Good Option: Send 3 Friends a Thoughtful Text (it will make their day!!)

DAY 11: SLOW BURN

DAY 12: FULL BODY

DAY 14: SLOW BURN

Beginner & Advanced: 43 Minute Energize + Reconnect

Feel Good Option: Self care! Could be a Face Mask, Gua Sha, Hair Mask, Ice Roll, Nails. Or even a solo walk! Anything that makes you feel happy, safe, and calm. Do YOU today!
