14 Days of Feeling Good is all about tuning in to how our body feels each day, and taking actions that will make us feel good physically, mentally and emotionally.
Whether it’s a spicy workout, a long walk, a hearty home-cooked meal, or a catch-up call with a friend – committing to these 14 days together will help us feel our best, both on and off the mat.

HOW IT WORKS:
The 14 day schedule starts on February 1st, and is free for all ASB members.

Every day, we will wake up and ask ourselves: “How Do I Feel Today?”
If we feel able and ready to move our bodies, we will do the recommended Beginner or Advanced workout. Beginner classes are slower-paced with lots of guidance from Alessia. Advanced classes are more intense, for when you want to feel a crazy burn.
If we aren’t feeling great – maybe we’re tired, stressed, low energy, or simply need a break – we will do something else that makes us feel good. Things like listen to an inspiring podcast, go for a walk, or something else that makes us happy. These options encourage you to do something for YOU!
