MY FAVOURITE ACTIVEWEAR BRANDS SUMMER 2020

There’s no question that a cute activewear set brightens my day and helps me get motivated to workout. My go-to look is a matching sports bra and leggings set, plus a fun pair of sneakers! While I love trying new brands, there are some that I always come back to.

Here’s a list of my favourite activewear brands that I wear daily. Happy Shopping!

1. Free Flow Active

This Canadian sustainable activewear brand makes their apparel from recycled ocean waste, which I love. My favourite pieces are the Alessia Summer Stripe Bra & Shorts (pictured) and the Tie Dye Summer Crop Bra & Leggings (pictured). 2. Onzie

Onzie sets have the most unique colours and patters. I love that you can search their site by “Sets”, which makes buying matching tops and bottoms easy. This brand is one of my go-to’s for when I am teaching a big event and want my outfit to stand out. My favourite pieces are the Mudra Sports Bra & High Rise Graphic Leggings (pictured), as well as the Paloma Camo Yoga Set (pictured).

3. MPG Sport

This is another Canadian sustainable activewear brand makes their apparel from recycled ocean waste! Honestly, if I had to pick, I think the Fiery Coral Metal Bra with the matching Shorts (pictured) would be my FAVOURITE set of all time. The matching Leggings are available too. 4. We Over Me

Made of ultra soft and smooth stretch fabric, I wear this brand when I want to feel like I’m not wearing any clothes at all. My favourite set is the one I’m wearing below. Sadly mine is sold out, but I found a similar set for you: Wip Crop Top and Sunrise Capri.

5. Lululemon

This one one is no surprise! When I teach a class and need to throw on a workout outfit quickly without thinking, I usually grab for one of my Lululemon sets. I love these Fast and Free Leggings the most. Two of my MOST requested links are this Align Tank and Everywhere Belt Bag (both pictured). Pro tip: the Align Tank sells out almost immediately, so if you see it in stock – BUY IT!

5. Sneakers

Last but not least, my activewear sets are not complete without a sick pair of sneakers. I love my Nike Air Max 90 and Nike Air Vapormax 360, which you see me wear again and again in my A Sculpt Body on-demand videos and live workouts.
