happy, healthy, and strong is the new skinny!! in happy, healthy, and strong is the new skinny!! in my 20s, i was constantly trying to shrink myself. in my 30s, i care more about how my body feels than how she looks. energized, well-fed, well-rested, and finally at peace. what that means to me is not giving up anything #nosacrifices. so it’s bread for breakfast AND a workout. a glass of wine at dinner AND a sunset walk. a sandwich for lunch AND my supplements. this version of me isn’t trying to fit into old jeans or old expectations- she’s building something WAY better, more balanced, and way more sustainable long-term.

33 and this is my skin. no makeup, no botox right 33 and this is my skin. no makeup, no botox right now. just me. lines, texture, little flaws - they’re all part of it, and i’m okay with that. this is what real skin looks like. natural, normal, and still beautiful!! again, nothing wrong with botox at all, i might get it again but just haven’t done it recently!
