i've been out a bunch these last few days... on an i've been out a bunch these last few days... on an 'eating, drinking, floating through life & enjoying september in the city with my girlfriends' kinda tear

while it's been amazing & so needed, i'm very ready to ease back into a routine tomorrow. nothing crazy - i'm still going to go out when i want & eat the things i love - but just a little structure to help me feel good in this fresh season

i grocery shopped today for the first time in forever & put my ASB workouts in my calendar for the next 10 days bc we start our 10 day fall workout program tomorrow. i'd love for you to join me if you need some structure in your life too!!
