left costa rica with a full heart and the best gro left costa rica with a full heart and the best group of women i could’ve ever asked for. this retreat was everything- movement, good food, sunsets, a few spicy margaritas, and the kind of laughter that makes your stomach hurt. but more than anything, it was connection, healing, and community. so grateful for every woman who showed up so fully. i’ll be riding this high for a while!
i’m over here trying to figure out how i can do i’m over here trying to figure out how i can do both? like yes, i want babies… but i also want boarding passes. i can’t wait to be the kind of mom who brings her kids on adventures. because why can’t we pack naps, snacks, and passports? i really do think you can build a #nosacrifices life that holds it all.
