mother’s day hasn’t always been easy for me. i mother’s day hasn’t always been easy for me. i lost my mom at 20, and for a long time this day felt more heavy than heartwarming. but lately, something’s shifted. i feel more at peace. more connected to her, and to myself. i’m not a mom yet- but i know i will be, when the timing feels right with my partner. and when that day comes, i’ll carry everything she gave me into that next chapter. today i’m celebrating her, and feeling proud of the woman i’ve become because of her love. 🤍 also here's hoping i look as good as my mom did at 47!

left costa rica with a full heart and the best gro left costa rica with a full heart and the best group of women i could’ve ever asked for. this retreat was everything- movement, good food, sunsets, a few spicy margaritas, and the kind of laughter that makes your stomach hurt. but more than anything, it was connection, healing, and community. so grateful for every woman who showed up so fully. i’ll be riding this high for a while!
