first clip: me posing in front of the mirror, find first clip: me posing in front of the mirror, finding the right angle, side lighting hitting just right. second clip: me on the dock, adjusting my phone, standing normally, not thinking about how my body looks. it’s wild how different we can look between a moment of performance and a moment of presence. but the version of me at ease, outside, not trying to “look like” anything-that’s the real me. and she deserves to be seen, celebrated, and loved just as much. this summer, let’s remember: the ‘perfect’ things we see in pictures or quick clips on social usually aren’t real life. and what’s real? that’s what actually matters.

people love to say “you’re so lucky you’re c people love to say “you’re so lucky you’re confident in your 30s” but i don’t think it’s luck at all. confidence begins with falling in love with taking care of yourself. here’s how i do it:

+i surround myself with strong, confident women
+i choose food that fuIls and frees me
+i spending real time in nature
+i move my body in ways that feel good (and know when to rest)
+i journal, meditate and am obsessed with my therapist
+i take my supplements and prioritize protein
+i love a self care moment: facials, saunas, cold plunges and solo dates
+i listen to podcasts and read books that expand me
+i prioritize having fun

confidence comes from doing the work and showing up for yourself, over and over.
